Long Shabbat Run

Completed this week's run and exercise schedule with a long run - my goal, 9 miles averaging 8:45 min./mile or slightly better, and preferably with my fastest mile being the last one, and the last few being pretty close to the fastest over all.

I managed to meet that goal! Here are all the details: 9.02 mile run

Here are the splits - which include my regular 30 seconds of walking at the end of every mile:
